There are curly or wavy coats in this breed and they exhibit seven different colors: Black, Chalk, Creams, Apricot, Chocolate, Cafe au Lait and Silver. The coat should be about 4-6 inches in length. The coat sheds very little and is non-allergic. Depending on the type of the coat, it should be stripped occasionally. It is also necessary to brush the dog’s coat regularly to keep it shiny, fluffy and tangle-free. Groom the coat with a slicker brush at least once every two weeks.
