Kinkajou

This nocturnal animal is also known as the "night walker" in Beliz and lives in tropical forest. It is extremely agile and travels fast in the tree branches using its long tail to keep the balance. They feed on fruit and insects, and occasionally eat flowers.

They measure about 1.5 feet in length and their tail is about 18 inches. The average weight for the species is about 6.5 lbs. The great eye shine of the species may be seen at a great distance, as the animal travels in the trees.
