A small cage for sleeping will be fine for these pets. As these animals are rather active they will also need a play room for when they are awake. The cage should be made of wood, metal, or plastic. As cider is toxic for these animals, it should not be used. These animals are very sensitive to loud noises and that’s why they seem most comfortable when they are spared exposure to excessive noise, however, sudden movement should also be prevented.
